The Menopause Clinic Program
So, you’re sitting there feeling a bit overwhelmed by all this information and thinking how do I put it all together? It’s all very well me telling you what you need to do to make these years the best years if your life, but I know there’s a lot to take in. You may feel like you barely have time to work out what to wear in the mornings, let alone work out what to eat to support your health. But you CAN make small changes that can make you feel better every single day. I want you to jump out of bed feeling 10 out of 10, or even just 2 points higher than you feel now. I know you have it in you to feel amazing, to feel vitality and excitement, maybe like you did in your 20s, when you didn’t have so many other things to worry about.
The Menopause Clinic program will:
- Help you overcome hot flushes, night sweats, insomnia, anxiety, mood swings, weight gain, low sex drive, low energy as well as take care of your heart health
- Help you wake up feeling more refreshed than you’ve felt for a very long time
- Improve your sleep so you get deep, quality sleep
- Stabilise your fluctuating hormones: oestrogen, progesterone, testosterone, thyroid and insulin so you can coast life in hormonal calm
- Help you build a lean and strong body and protect bone health (aerobic exercise can make things worse!)
- Help with vaginal dryness, vaginal atrophy, urinary tract infections and an overactive bladder
- Rekindle your spark and get you get up and go back
It’s an easy, step-by-step, completely personalised plan and by the end of the programme you’ll be ready to spring into the season feeling confident and full of sparkle.
It’s a 3 month personalised nutritional therapy programme, starting with a 1.5 hour nutritional consultation where I'll take detailed information on your medical and wellbeing background. I will then tailor a personalised plan for you covering nutrition, lifestyle and if necessary, supplements. We will have weekly 30-minute Skype sessions to monitor progress and to refine your plan. You will have access to me via email throughout the 3 months.
The initial 1.5 hour consultation is £90 and 30 minute follow-up consultations are £30. If you're not sure whether you're right for the programme or aren't sure you can follow it, I’d be very happy to have a chat with you to see if it’s a right fit for you.

"I have a pre-existing health condition. Can I still join the Menopause Mastery Program?"
Yes. The Program is designed to identify all the pieces of your health puzzle and put them together in a way that enables and healthy vibrant you. You will have a complete health assessment and are likely to experience improvement in all your symptoms as you follow your personal program.
"Who is not a suitable candidate for the Program?"
Unfortunately at this time women with type 1 diabetes, and women who are vegan or vegetarian are not suitable candidates for the Program.
"Will I have to survive on skimpy salads and protein shakes?"
No. The Menopause Mastery Program nutrition plan includes plenty of delicious, hearty foods that you will be excited about eating. The recommended foods are high in healthy fats and include appropriate levels of protein and carbohydrates so meals taste great and keep you full for hours.
"What is the vaginal rejuvenation program?"
The vaginal rejuvenation program is intended for women experiencing vaginal dryness and/or atrophy. The program promotes blood flow to the skin of the vulva and vagina and encourages more skin flexibility and thickness.
"How much time is this going to take?"
You can expect to see positive changes within the first few weeks. Progress to full vibrant health will depend on your current state of health and your desire to learn and implement the Menopause Mastery Program. I will be there to support and guide you throughout, as you progress to a more healthy and vibrant you.
