I am a functional medicine practitioner and a nutritional therapist and I empower people to find natural and holistic remedies to chronic health conditions. I believe in science, and I believe in treating your whole body, not just your symptoms. I specialise in nutrition, hormone balancing, digestive disorders and auto-immune conditions. I am passionate about bringing the best aspects of modern and traditional healthcare together to benefit my clients.
I am certified by the British Association for Applied Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy, and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) registration, as recognised by the Department of Health. CNHC is the Professional Standards body for regulation of nutrition practitioners in the UK.
My practice is based at the Dolphin House Clinic in Brighton, and I also see clients throughout the country via video link.
The Functional Medicine methodology addresses the body as a whole rather a collection of parts.
Advanced training in science and nutrition
I have a degree in genetic engineering and graduated from the accredited three-year course at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition.
Backed by science
I rely on the latest scientific research and advanced clinical laboratory tests to validate any proposed health plans.
My unique health plans may include diet, nutrition, supplementation or lifestyle changes.
